We just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that everything went off perfectly Saturday evening. The food, the staff, even the weather cooperated! Many of those in attendance asked about your company and the fine food quality so I suspect you will be hearing further form some of those who were here. One of the finest compliments came today from a gentleman who is a close friend of ours who is in the food brokerage business....he is also by our definition, a master chef. He spoke to us this evening again complimenting the food choices and quality of same....all of which really deserve to be complimented in your direction!! Thanks again and we can’t wait for another opportunity to utilize your services.

I can honestly give my recommendation of Hill Country to others who inquire of your services. I really was happy and thankful to have you to work with, and felt you and Sergio both sincerely want to do a good job. I have another young daughter as well, and hopefully not real soon, but at some point I trust I may need your services for another wedding, or other future event.
